RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This Agreement for Services by and between The Customer (“Client” or “Customer”), and Vanta Tints LLC is made effective the day deposit is made by Client for service. The Customer agrees to the conditions of this agreement by rendering payment to Vanta Tints LLC via any medium of payment accepted by Vanta Tints LLC.
THEREFORE, under the terms of this Agreement and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Vanta Tints LLC, including their agents, employees, successors and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all known and unknown claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the following:
All window tinting is done at Customer’s discretion. Vanta Tints LLC recommends tinting to the legal limit of 35% VLT for all passenger vehicles for everyday use. It is up to customer(s) to obey all state, local, and federal window tint laws and regulations. Any tint beyond legal limit will be installed for prescription or medical use, out of state use, off road use only or for show car purposes. Vanta Tints LLC only applies film ranging from 70% - 5% darkest possible for the purpose of off-road use only. Vanta Tints LLC applies film windshields starting at 70%. Vanta Tints LLC also reserves the right to refuse to tint beyond 35%. I understand that getting my windows tinted may obstruct my view especially at night. I understand that I may or may not get my vehicle inspected because of the tint. I understand that tinting over my back lights may be dangerous and could cause an accident.
Vanta Tints LLC is not responsible for any traffic tickets or citations associated with noncompliant window film(s). Although we do install 50% VLT on passenger vehicles, many of the vehicle windows contain some level of tint from the manufacturer, thus resulting in a lower VLT which could be below the legal limit.
I have read and understand all applicable tinting laws and assume exclusive and full liability for any potential noncompliance.

Vanta Tints LLC does not warranty the film from any scratching, nicks, or cuts due to normal wear and tear. Vanta Tints LLC will not be responsible for broken or replaced glass. Please be aware that there may be minor dust and or dirt particles in some applications. This is unavoidable. Vanta Tints LLC will not offer a remedy or refund for any services if the window film(s) have been removed. In the event of customer dissatisfaction, Vanta Tints LLC will retain full and exclusive discretion as to the remedy. At the full and exclusive discretion of Vanta Tints LLC, potential remedies may include a full or partial refund, corrective services, or the denial of a remedy in entirety. No remedy will be offered for customer dissatisfaction arising from tint shades that are noncompliant with relevant laws and/or regulations.
Vanta Tints LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in car in case of fire, theft, or any other causes beyond our control. Vanta Tints LLC will not be liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.
I hereby authorize the above-mentioned services to be done with the necessary materials, and hereby grant to Vanta Tints LLC permission for operation of the vehicle herein described on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of pick-up and/or delivery. An express mechanic’s lien is hereby acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount owed for services done. By signing below, I release all liability for any incidents that car window tinting may cause.
It is mutually understood and agreed upon that this Agreement is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction the causes of action, claims, and demands mentioned herein; that this Agreement contains the entire release terms between the parties; and that the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
This Agreement has been read and fully understood by the undersigned and has been explained to me.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE AND AUTHORIZATION
I agree that Vanta Tints LLC may use such photographs of my property with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
